Age Verification and Eligibility

5.1 Welcome Bonus

- The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program
ku98's VIP program has four tiers:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
Members can advance to higher VIP tiers based on regular play and loyalty. The benefits and privileges of each tier are different.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonus funds and real money are counted separately.
- Unless clearly stated for a specific promotion, a member may not use multiple bonuses at the same time.
- If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.

Betting Rules
Compliance with the following rules is mandatory when using ku98's betting services. These rules apply equally to all members.
6.1 Rules for Placing Bets

- A bet cannot be placed if the member's wallet does not have a sufficient balance.

6.2 Result Determination
- ku98's system is final and binding in determining the outcome of games.
- For sports betting, results published by official sources are used.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to ku98's established rules.
- For live games, the decision of the RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer is final.
6.3 Dispute Resolution

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited in order to maintain a fair and proper environment for ku98's services. Violation of these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and legal action.
7.1 Fraud and Manipulation
- Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage — such as collecting bonuses using multiple accounts.
- Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Using any unlawful information or advantage to predict the outcome of games.
- Collusion — conspiring with other members to influence results.
7.2 Money Laundering
- Using ku98 as a tool for money laundering or illegal financial activities is strictly prohibited.
- ku98 reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities in the case of suspicious financial transactions.
7.3 Account Security Violations
- Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
- Any attempt at hacking, cracking, or cyber attacks on ku98's systems.
- Attempting to collect another member's information through phishing or fraudulent methods.
Warning: If evidence of involvement in prohibited activities is found, the account will be immediately closed, all balances will be forfeited, and law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.
Account Closure & Suspension
ku98 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a member's account under certain circumstances. Members may also voluntarily request account closure themselves.
8.1 Account Suspension by ku98
ku98 may suspend an account for the following reasons:
- Suspected or confirmed violation of the Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification or submit required documents.
- Payment issues or chargeback disputes.
- Security-related concerns.
- The need to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
8.2 Account Closure by Member
